Competing in the ITU World Triathlon Championships in 2016. Although I’ve been more focused on my coaching and pursuing further studies, I have had some fun out on the trails and recently came 6th out of the female participants at the Mac-Mac 46km trail in 2021. Rest assured, the passion for triathlon still burns within me, promising a return to the competitive arena in the future.
I can wiggle my ears.
Ok fine – What makes me amazing is my extensive background in competitive sports spanning over two decades. From swimming to netball, trail running to triathlon, I’ve honed my skills at provincial and national levels, gaining invaluable experience along the way. For the past 13 years, I’ve transitioned seamlessly into coaching, working with individuals of all ages and skill levels, guiding them towards their athletic goals. My dedication to the field is evident in my academic pursuits, holding an Honours degree in Sport Psychology, a subject close to my heart. It’s this combination of hands-on experience, passion for sports, and academic knowledge that sets me apart as a coach, committed to empowering others to excel in their athletic journey.
Padel… oh no wait that’s also a sport. Reading and learning.
